We are looking for talented Full Stack Engineers to join our team. You’ll work closely with our existing team to build and refine our products, contributing to both the development and deployment processes, often under tight deadlines..

The Full Stack Engineer will contribute to collaborative work but must also be comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities:
Frontend:
Develop and maintain user-facing features.
Collaborate with designers to improve the user experience.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Backend:
Develop and maintain server-side logic.
Integrate with third-party services and APIs.
Optimize database interactions.
What you’ll do:
Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
Write scalable and maintainable code.
Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of components.
Engage in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications from concept to deployment.
Help drive sound technical decision making and participate in technical conversations with other teams across Collaboration.Ai
Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative web-based applications, APIs, and systems.
Collaborate closely with other engineers, architects, and designers to ensure the technical feasibility, scalability, and maintainability of our web-based projects.
Actively participate in defining and driving the overall technical strategy for the engineering team, including evaluating new tools and technologies that can improve our development process and increase efficiency.
Some basic qualifiers:
Have at least 6 years of professional experience as a software engineer or in a related field, with a strong background in web technologies and software engineering principles.
Have extensive experience building and maintaining complex web-based applications, APIs, and systems using modern web frameworks and technologies.
Nice to have: Experience with React, Next.js, Node, and Typescript.
Have solid experience integrating with and managing relational databases like PostgreSQL
Nice to have: Experience in graph databases (Gremlin, Neptune)
Have solid experience working with container-based development and deployments.
Have a solid understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts like LLMs and Embeddings
Have solid experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud services like AWS.
Are comfortable working in an agile, collaborative, and fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities as needed.
Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Designers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders.
Are passionate about web technologies and software engineering best practices, with a strong desire to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the field.
Hold yourself and others to a high bar when working with production systems
Open to occasional travel to support company initiatives
